Fuel Injector Clinic Injectors at N2 Speed
Fuel Injector Clinic (FIC) sets are high impedance, drop-in fitment, and individually flow matched to within 1 percent using Data Match Technology. Every set ships with a flow sheet listing serial numbers, flow and latency values - the data your tuner loads into the calibration. N2 Speed stocks FIC sets for GM LS1, LS2, LS3/LS7/L92/L99 engines and Dodge 5.7L HEMI and SRT-8 applications, and we tune them in house through remote custom tuning.
Note on flow ratings: FIC rates injectors at 3 bar (43.5 psi). At the OE 58 psi rail pressure used by LS and HEMI engines the same injector flows more - a 445cc set flows about 520cc/min at 58 psi. Both numbers are on each product page.
Fuel Injector Clinic Sets We Stock
All sets are high impedance (saturated) and sold as complete sets of 8. ECU tuning is required after installation.
Fuel Injector Clinic FAQ
Which cc size injector do I need?
Size the injector to horsepower and fuel. As a rough guide on a naturally aspirated LS or HEMI, 445cc to 650cc covers most bolt-on builds, 775cc to 1000cc suits mild boost or nitrous, 1200cc to 1440cc covers serious boost or E85, and 1650cc to 2150cc is for high horsepower forced induction. Send us your combination and we will size it properly.
Are Fuel Injector Clinic injectors E85 compatible?
FIC injectors are built for use with pump gas and ethanol blends including E85. Because E85 needs roughly 30 percent more fuel volume than gasoline, size up accordingly.
Do FIC injectors need a tune?
Yes. Larger injectors change fuel delivery, so the ECU must be recalibrated with the correct flow and latency data. FIC publishes plug-and-play data files, and N2 Speed can do the full custom tune remotely.
Are they plug and play?
The sets we stock are drop-in for size and connector on the listed applications, so no rail or harness modification is needed. Confirm the fitment on the product page for your engine.
What is Data Match Technology?
FIC flow tests each injector at 43.5 psi and 90 degrees F with CF-16B calibration fluid and matches the set to within 1 percent, then supplies a printed flow sheet with individual serial numbers and latency values for tuning.
How do FIC injectors compare to Injector Dynamics?
Both are high quality flow-matched injector brands and both require a tune. FIC has the broader size range in our catalog for LS and 5.7L HEMI applications, while our Injector Dynamics stock focuses on LS1/LS6 and 2015-2023 6.2L HEMI fitments. If you are undecided, tell us the build and we will recommend one.
