DiabloSport Tuners & Programmers at N2 Speed
DiabloSport makes two families of tuning hardware: handheld programmers (Trinity 2, inTune i3, Predator 2, PredatorX) that flash a new calibration into the factory PCM, and Pulsar modules that install inline at the MAP sensor and reprogram the truck without a handheld. N2 Speed is an authorized dealer and pairs every device with in-house custom remote tuning, so you are not stuck on canned tunes.
Important for 2015 and newer Dodge, Ram, Jeep and Chrysler owners: the factory PCM is locked from the factory. It must be unlocked before any DiabloSport device can write a tune - see our 2015+ Dodge PCM Unlock Service. Most 2018+ vehicles also need a Security Gateway bypass cable.

Do I need to unlock my PCM to use a DiabloSport tuner?
On 2015 and newer Dodge, Ram, Jeep and Chrysler vehicles, yes. The factory PCM is locked and must be unlocked before a Trinity 2, inTune i3 or Predator can write a tune. N2 Speed offers a 2015+ Dodge PCM unlock service. Pulsar modules are the exception on many applications because they work inline rather than reflashing the PCM.
What is the difference between a Pulsar module and a Trinity 2?
A Pulsar replaces the factory MAP sensor and adjusts the tune inline, with settings changed from the steering wheel controls, so no PCM unlock is required on supported trucks. A Trinity 2 is a handheld that actually reflashes the PCM, adds gauge and datalogging screens, and accepts custom tunes. Many customers run both, which is why we sell the Pulsar plus Trinity 2 MX kits.
Can I load an N2 Speed custom tune on a DiabloSport device?
Yes. The Trinity 2 EX and inTune i3 Platinum accept custom calibrations. Send us your vehicle details and modifications and we will build the tune and deliver it remotely.
Is a DiabloSport tuner emissions legal?
Some devices carry 50-state legal status for specific applications, such as the inTune i3 8300 and certain Trinity 2 part numbers. Other devices and all custom tunes are for off-road and competition use only. Check the individual product page.
Does a DiabloSport tuner void my warranty?
Any tuning device can affect a powertrain warranty claim. DiabloSport devices save your factory calibration and return the vehicle to stock, but the flash counter in the PCM is visible to the dealer. Consider that before tuning a vehicle under warranty.
