PCM bench tuning is the process of reading and writing a Powertrain Control Module outside of the vehicle, connected directly on the bench. When a PCM is locked, damaged, replaced, or protected from OBD-II flashing, bench programming is the only reliable way to access and rewrite the calibration. N2 Speed provides professional bench flash, bench tuning, unlocking, and mail-in programming services for Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Chrysler, and GM vehicles.
Every module is bench-programmed in-house at our Pompano Beach, Florida facility using HP Tuners and DiabloSport hardware, with a typical 1–2 business day turnaround.
When You Need PCM Bench Tuning
- The PCM is locked from the factory and cannot be read over OBD-II (2018+ Dodge/Jeep/RAM GPEC2A, GPEC2B, GPEC5, and GM E80/E90/E92/E99)
- You installed a used or replacement PCM that needs VIN programming and a security (SKIM) reset
- The module is bricked or corrupted from a failed flash and needs a stock file recovery
- You want a custom performance calibration for bolt-ons, camshafts, headers, or forced induction
- You need MDS delete, speed limiter removal, gear ratio or tire size corrections
- Your vehicle needs TCM bench flashing (NAG1 5-speed or ZF 8HP 8-speed)

How Mail-In Bench Tuning Works
- Order the service for your vehicle and platform below.
- Remove the module from the vehicle and ship it to N2 Speed with your order number and modification list.
- We bench flash it — unlock, program, and load your custom calibration.
- We ship it back, usually within 1–2 business days of arrival, ready to install and drive.
