Description
Tapped Performance RAM Double Pump Fuel System – an in-house designed and built in-tank dual-pump module for HEMI RAM trucks making serious power. Big cubes, supercharger, turbo, nitrous, E85 – or all of the above – this system has the fuel to back it up.
Features
- Dual pumps: TI274 primary backed by a TI285
- Billet pump housing with dual fuel pressure regulators to prevent the regulator over-run that's common on HEMIs when adding even a single larger pump
- Maintains constant pressure operation, just like the factory system intended
- Hat with 10AN feed and 8AN return ports – set up returnless out of the box with a fitting to connect directly to the factory fuel line, so it installs even in a stock truck
- Regulator block-offs included to convert to full return operation later
- Ships with a new fuel level sending unit installed (HEMI car style unit)

- Gasoline / race fuel (<10% ethanol): 1,250+ HP
- E85 / E90R: 1,100+ HP
Options
- Year Model – select your truck's year so you get the correct wiring and accessories. 2018+ Classic / DT trucks: confirm your hat valve with us before ordering.
- Config: Standard – the normal system, suited for everything up to and including stock trucks.
- Config: Race Mode – built as a return-only system: no internal regulators, TI285 primary pump (twin TI285s), 10AN feed and 8AN return fittings.
Fitment Notes
- Systems ship set up for single-pump control with the factory FPCM. On some 2014–2015 and newer trucks, the PCM's fuel pressure sensor diagnostics mean you can't run both pumps full-time (the PCM can't drop pump duty cycle far enough). Second-pump control can be added with a boost switch kit – ask us.
- 2014+ PWM-controlled trucks use single-pump PWM wiring – we'll send install instructions with your order.
