The Injector Dynamics ID1300-XDS is a nominal 1340cc/min high-impedance injector built on Bosch EV14 architecture. Injector Dynamics characterizes every injector on NIST-traceable flow equipment, so the data your tuner loads into the ECU matches what the injector actually does in your engine. That is what lets a set idle cleanly and still support a big power target.
