Expected Gains
Typical results: 30-45 hp with headers, a ported intake and supporting bolt-ons. Gains vary with modifications, fuel quality, altitude and ambient temperature. We calibrate for reliable, repeatable power — not a dyno number you cannot drive.

- Pentastar spark and fuel tables, throttle response, torque management, tow/haul logic and 8-speed shift scheduling
- Wide-open-throttle and part-throttle fueling
- Ignition timing with knock-safe margins for your fuel
- Throttle mapping and torque management limits
- Transmission shift points, firmness, tow/haul logic and torque limiting where applicable
- Optional speed limiter removal, rev hang removal and drive mode tweaks
Vehicle Fitment
2004-2023 Dodge Durango SXT, SXT Plus, GT and Citadel 3.6L Pentastar V6 (WD). 2015 and newer Durangos ship with a locked PCM and need our mail-in unlock service before HP Tuners can write to them — send your VIN and we will confirm.

Total Credits Needed
Credits are how HP Tuners licenses each vehicle. They load onto your MPVI4 and are spent once, the first time the module is read. Adding transmission tuning means a second module is licensed, so the credit total goes up — the options above already include both.
- Engine Only — 2004-2023 (3.6 and 3.7 V6): 2 Universal Credits
- Engine and Transmission — 2014-2023 ZF8HP 8-speed: 6 Universal Credits
Credit requirements are set by HP Tuners and can change with model year. If your Durango is not listed exactly, send your VIN to sales@n2speed.com and we will confirm before you buy anything.
What You Need
- HP Tuners MPVI4 with Pro Feature Set or another HP Tuners interface, plus credits for your vehicle
- Windows laptop with HP Tuners VCM Suite installed
- Ability to record and send data logs
- Wideband air/fuel gauge — recommended for this stage
