2015 and newer Dodge PCMs ship locked against aftermarket writing. We unlock them with our 2015+ Dodge PCM unlock service, and for modules that must be written off the vehicle we offer Dodge PCM bench tuning — including MDS delete and speed limiter removal. How much does a Charger 5.7L HEMI tune cost?

Our Charger 5.7L HEMI remote tunes are $450 for Stage 1 (stock cars and minor bolt-ons such as exhaust, headers, intakes and throttle body), $550 for Stage 2 (naturally aspirated heads, cam and stroker builds) and $650 for Stage 3 (complete builds with superchargers or turbos, including a nitrous map where nitrous is used). Every package includes revisions after we review your data logs.

How much horsepower will a tune add to a Charger 5.7L HEMI?

On 93 octane a Stage 1 calibration typically returns 25-35 crank hp with intake, headers and exhaust. Stage 2 builds see 60-90 crank hp on a cam and bolt-on package and Stage 3 builds see 150+ crank hp depending on boost level and fuel. Results vary with modifications, fuel quality, altitude and ambient temperature.

Do I need to unlock my PCM to tune a Charger 5.7L HEMI?

2015 and newer Dodge PCMs are locked from the factory. We handle that with our 2015+ Dodge PCM unlock service, and for modules that have to be written off the car we offer Dodge PCM bench tuning. 2011-2014 cars normally flash straight through the OBD-II port. Send your VIN and we will confirm before you spend anything.

Do you tune with HP Tuners or Diablosport?

What equipment do I need for remote tuning?

For HP Tuners: an interface such as the HP Tuners MPVI4 with Pro Feature Set plus credits for your car, and a Windows laptop with VCM Suite. For Diablosport: an i3 or Trinity 2 device. A wideband air/fuel gauge is recommended for Stage 2 and required for Stage 3.

How long does the tuning process take?

Your first calibration is normally emailed within 1-2 business days of us receiving your stock read and vehicle details. Revisions are then completed in the order they are received during business hours. Set time frames are available with advance notice, and after hours and weekend revisions are done when available.

Can you tune a completely stock Charger 5.7L HEMI?

Yes. A stock 5.7L HEMI V8 leaves power, throttle response and transmission behaviour on the table. Stage 1 exists for exactly this car.

Will a custom tune affect my factory warranty?
