Description
Chevrolet Corvette C8 ZR1 5.5L LT7 HP Tuners Stage 3 Custom Remote Tune — Supercharged, Turbo & Nitrous
A fully custom HP Tuners calibration for your Chevrolet Corvette C8 ZR1 5.5L LT7 twin-turbo 5.5L LT7 V8, written by N2 Speed for pulley, blower-swap, ported-snout, heat-exchanger, turbo and E85 builds, including a dedicated nitrous map. This is not a canned file: we build the calibration around your VIN, your modification list and the fuel you actually run, then refine it from your data logs.
Who This Stage 3 Tune Is For
Stage 3 suits pulley, blower-swap, ported-snout, heat-exchanger, turbo and E85 builds, including a dedicated nitrous map. If your build sits between two stages, email your mod list to sales@n2speed.com before ordering and we will tell you which package to buy.
Expected Gains
Typical results: 100-250+ hp with boost, fuel system and E85 work on a built combination. Gains vary with modifications, fuel quality, altitude and ambient temperature. We calibrate for reliable, repeatable power — not a dyno number you cannot drive.
What We Tune
- Twin-turbo boost targets and wastegate control, direct-injection fuel pressure, knock and intake air temperature management, torque limits, launch control and tr-9080 dual-clutch shift calibration
- Wide-open-throttle and part-throttle fueling
- Ignition timing with knock-safe margins for your fuel
- MAF and volumetric efficiency tables corrected for your airflow
- Throttle mapping and torque management limits
- Transmission shift points, firmness and torque limiting on automatic cars
- Optional speed limiter removal, fan thresholds and drive mode tweaks
- A dedicated nitrous map on request, built for your shot size and fuel
Vehicle Fitment
2025-2026 Chevrolet Corvette C8 ZR1 twin-turbo 5.5L LT7 (TREMEC TR-9080 8-speed dual-clutch). C8 ZR1 tuning requires an MPVI4 interface. The E68 ECM must be unlocked before it can be written; we offer that service. Send your VIN and we will confirm coverage for your build date.
HP Tuners Credits This Vehicle Needs
Total Credits Needed
Credits are how HP Tuners licenses each vehicle. They load onto your MPVI4 and are spent once, the first time the module is read. Adding transmission tuning means a second module is licensed, so the credit total goes up — the options above already include both.
- Engine Only — 2025-2026: 10 Universal Credits
- Engine and Transmission — 2025-2026 TR-9080 dual-clutch: 16 Universal Credits
The C8 ZR1 requires an MPVI4 interface and an E68 ECM unlock before tuning.
Credit requirements are set by HP Tuners and can change with model year. If your car is not listed exactly, send your VIN to sales@n2speed.com and we will confirm before you buy anything.
What You Need
- HP Tuners MPVI4 with Pro Feature Set or another HP Tuners interface, plus credits for your vehicle
- Windows laptop with HP Tuners VCM Suite installed
- Ability to record and send data logs
- Wideband air/fuel gauge — required for this stage
What's Included
- One custom calibration built for your twin-turbo 5.5L LT7 V8 and modification list
- Revisions after log review until the vehicle is running correctly
- Direct email support with the tuner who wrote your file
- Turnaround: first file normally within 1-2 business days
Revision turnaround: Revisions are done in the order they are received during business hours. Set time frames are available with notice. After-hours and weekend revisions are done when available.
Locked Modules?
The Chevrolet Corvette C8 ZR1 5.5L LT7 uses the E68 ECM, which is locked from the factory and must go through our GM E68 ECM unlock service before a calibration can be written. It also requires an MPVI4 interface — an MPVI2 or MPVI3 will not license it. For modules that are damaged or will not communicate we also offer GM PCM bench tuning service. Send your VIN and we will confirm exactly what your car needs before you spend anything.
