Expected Gains
Typical results: 15-25 hp and 20-30 lb-ft on 93 octane, plus shift speed and throttle improvements. Gains vary with modifications, fuel quality, altitude and ambient temperature. We calibrate for reliable, repeatable power — not a dyno number you cannot drive.

Vehicle Fitment
2020-2026 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray 6.2L LT2 (TREMEC TR-9080 8-speed dual-clutch). C8 Stingray tuning requires an MPVI3 or MPVI4 interface. The car is dual-clutch only, so transmission calibration licenses the TR-9080 module separately.

Total Credits Needed
Credits are how HP Tuners licenses each vehicle. They load onto your MPVI4 and are spent once, the first time the module is read. Adding transmission tuning means a second module is licensed, so the credit total goes up — the options above already include both.

The C8 requires an MPVI3 or MPVI4 interface — an MPVI2 will not license it.

Revision turnaround: Revisions are done in the order they are received during business hours. Set time frames are available with notice. After-hours and weekend revisions are done when available.
Locked Modules?
The C8 Stingray engine computer flashes through the OBD-II port, but it requires an MPVI3 or MPVI4 interface — an MPVI2 will not license it. Dual-clutch calibration licenses the TR-9080 module separately. For modules that will not communicate we offer GM PCM bench tuning service.
