The Bully Dog BDX 40470EO is the CARB EO certified version of the BDX handheld. Color touchscreen, WiFi tune delivery, gauge monitoring and DTC read/clear in one unit, and it accepts a custom N2 Speed calibration over WiFi - no laptop required.
