Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Custom services—including but not limited to PCM/TCM unlocking, tuning services, remote tuning, and calibration work—have processing times that vary by vehicle and service type. Estimated turnaround times are listed on each service page.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

N2 Speed ships via UPS, and FedEx, depending on package size, destination, and service selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected carrier and service speed

Free Shipping

Free shipping, when offered, applies to continental U.S. orders only and excludes expedited shipping options unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. N2 Speed is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for select products and services. Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Any delays caused by customs processing

N2 Speed is not responsible for customs-related delays or refusals.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Retain all packaging and contents

  • Provide photos when requested

We will assist with carrier claims when applicable but cannot guarantee replacement without carrier approval.


Returns & Refunds Policy

General Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and require prior authorization from N2 Speed.

Returned items must be:

  • New, unused, and uninstalled

  • In original packaging

  • Free from damage, wear, or missing components

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of automotive performance services, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom tuning files (remote or in-house)

  • PCM/TCM unlocking services

  • Programming, calibration, or diagnostic services

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Special-order or custom-built items

  • Items that have been installed, flashed, or modified

Electronic Control Modules (PCM/ECM/TCM)

All module services are final once work has been performed. N2 Speed is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle issues

  • Incorrect customer-supplied information

  • Vehicle modifications not disclosed prior to service

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the item and condition upon return.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by N2 Speed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring high-value items.

N2 Speed is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment. Once processing has begun—especially for custom services—orders cannot be canceled.


Warranty Disclaimer

Performance parts and services may carry manufacturer warranties where applicable. N2 Speed does not provide warranties beyond those offered by the original manufacturer.

All tuning and performance services are provided as-is for off-road or racing use unless otherwise stated. Results may vary based on vehicle condition, modifications, fuel quality, and environmental factors.
