Warranty Information
N2 Speed Remote Tuning Warranty & Support Policy
At N2 Speed, we take pride in delivering high-quality, data-driven remote tuning services designed to enhance your vehicle’s performance, reliability, and drivability. While every tune is custom-built to match your exact setup, it’s important to understand the nature and limitations of remote calibration work.
Warranty Coverage
- 30-day calibration support period for file revisions related to drivability, idle, or performance adjustments.
- File updates to accommodate minor hardware or fuel changes within the same setup (e.g., intake or exhaust modifications).
- Email support for troubleshooting and data log review during the active support period.
Exclusions
Because tuning involves modifying factory calibration parameters, no warranty can be offered on the vehicle, powertrain, or any mechanical/electrical components affected by these changes. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Engine, transmission, or drivetrain damage resulting from misuse, mechanical failure, or improper installation of aftermarket parts.
- Faulty sensors, vacuum leaks, wiring issues, or hardware malfunctions unrelated to the calibration.
- Issues caused by fuel quality, poor maintenance, or unauthorized tune modification by the customer or third parties.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring the following before and during the tuning process:
- The vehicle is in proper working condition prior to tuning (no check-engine lights, leaks, or faulty sensors).
- All modifications and fuel type information are accurately disclosed prior to tuning.
- Correct HP Tuners or DiabloSport hardware and software are used for reading and flashing the PCM.
